I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. The staff once helped me with my forgotten belongings, which made me remember their excellent service. It suits me perfectly for a city break.

We had a perfect stay in Ho Chi Minh City not far from downtown, Taxis or Grab Car and Mayla Studio. The setting was excellent. Also, it was based close to District 1...

The location here is really convenient, close to a market and shops, the interior decor is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly.

I had an outstanding experience with the Mayla Studio. The host, Mai, was beyond friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The 24/7 security outside the apartment building made us feel safe at all times. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful night view of the city and river. Mai even upgraded our room and added a sofa-bed for free. The special attention to detail, such as the air conditioner already being turned on upon arrival and the warning about motor robbery, was impressive. Additionally, the convenience of having two convenience stores on the first floor of the hotel was a plus. my stay at Mayla Studio was exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay while traveling.

The apartment had great location and staff, and was located next to Bui Vien Street, the center and Saigon. It was in a magnificent and best possible location for me. Nothing too much trouble, did not want to leave, you're dope!

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Stayed at this place with a view on the 14th floor, but sadly no river view. The pool was convenient, clean, and definitely not crowded with plenty of beds available. The host was friendly and responsive to my needs.

Found a cute little cockroach in the bathroom, which added an unexpected touch to my stay.

I have to admit, the design of the kitchen cabinets was a bit inconvenient as it obstructed the front door from opening. The bathroom was also a bit cramped, with the glass shower door unable to be opened if someone was sitting on the toilet.

had an amazing summer stay in HCMC! second time in this apartment, and it was perfect. clean, quiet room, great location, and the rooftop swimming pool was beautiful. Mai, the host, was incredibly helpful and arranged everything for us. can't wait to come back again!

persistent ant problem

The apartment had a great view and the air conditioner, hot water, and washing machine were as expected. The two convenient stores on the ground floor were a great convenience.

During our 8-day stay, they only cleaned the room on the 3rd day and were supposed to come on the 7th day but since we were leaving the next day, we didn't need it anymore. This lack of daily cleaning made the stay less enjoyable and less like a hotel experience.

The rooms at Mayla Saigon Downtown are amazing! They have fully equipped kitchens with a dining table, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals with family. The flat-screen TVs with satellite channels are great for entertainment, and the private bathrooms with showers have everything you need. Plus, the cozy seating areas with sofas are a nice touch. As a guest who values comfort and quality time with my family, these rooms exceeded my expectations.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in the apartments a bit cold. However, I understand that others might appreciate the sleek and modern look they provide.
